Right now i got 2 12 re se in a ported box getting around 600 watts ea. I want to upgrade to around 2000-2500 watts, prolly looking for 12s again. I want to keep the sq of the se but get louder. i was looking at some dc lvl 4s how are these? spending around 300 a sub, can u guys give me some suggestions?

Ok so one of my 10" alpine r's blew and i dont have the money to buy a new one right away, so would it hurt the other sub if i kept running it with one broken and unhooked, and not changing the wiring at all, the amp is a rockford bd1000.1

i have a pioneer premier 600ub and it's causing a drain of .70 on my battery when i check with my multimeter. when i disconnect the wiring harness i get no drain. does anyone know how i can fix this without tossing my HU?
n.b...i only use the RCA's outputs. power,ground, ACC are wired also.

Co-worker has this amp brand new sitting in his closet.He was going to use it,but decided that he needed the funds for other things.I am not that familiar with Hifonics,but he said it was around 400.00 new.He will let it go for $100.00 Since I need an amp to push my IDQ 10 D2 v.3,I am considering getting it.Is this a good buy? I don't see me getting an amp that pushes this push wattage for the price anywhere else.S ince I was trying to keep the price around the $150-$200 range,it looks like a good deal if the amp is any good.Thanks

Just wondering what percent tint most of you prefer....I was going to go ziebart because they have the lifetime warranty...But my friend went and said he isnt satisfied with it and wished he went a different route because it wasnt dark enough...

Well i found a store here that does any tint & for the same price they would do 5 percent..while there warranty isnt good as ziebart...They have been in business for years.

Also i have a guy making a list of all the rims in my lug size ..20 & 22" in all black and all chrome..I'm trying to decide which would look better. I have a newer white envoy so i figured all chrome but if i blacked out the windows and black rims it could look good too...
I know its all personal preference but i was just wondering what you all went with or would go with. Thanks.

i looked on kenwoods website and they said that the exalon 1200watt could be wired stable at 1 ohm but posted no specifications on what kind of power it produces.

if someone could give me a rough estimate at to how much power this puts out? or know of any formulas or places to look or ask?

I have an old car that I put a head unit in, but there isn't quite enough room behind the dash. The unit sticks out about a half inch. I don't have a problem with that, except that it looks bad. Does anyone know if there might be a spacer available for such a situation? It thought about making something, but I can't think of anything that would work, except maybe I could cut a piece of 1/2" plywood to fit and paint it. I'd rather find some sort of 1/2" plastic I could use, but I can't imagine where I could get something like that. Has anyone run into this situation?
